How are your product packed/stored?
We are maintaining international standard for our warehouses of Hops and Malts. You will get only fresh products.
What About Quality?
We are Guaranteed about our products. If you will find quality issue in our product, we will replace material without any product cost.
How are your prices?
All our products are directly from Grower, so you will get lowest prices in all our products.
What is your current order/delivery process?
- Most shipments are within 1-2 days after receiving your payment. Expedited shipping should arrive within 1 week.
- The exact process is as follows:
- First send your order on firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For a one shipment order – on receipt of the order, we will prepare and email you an quote/invoice with payment instructions. Hops will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
- For multi shipment order – on receipt of the order, we will prepare and email you an quote/invoice with a detailed delivery and payment plan. Each delivery of hops will be shipped as soon as corresponding payment is received.
Can I order in small quantities?
Yes, You can order small quantity as per your needs. We are happy to provide you as per your needs.
Can you do long-term contracts?
